Tessa Graham, MS, MFT, BCBA

Tessa Graham is the Co-CEO of the Child Development Institute, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help all children reach their full potential by supporting the relationships and environments that shape early development. Tessa is a licensed MFT with more than 20 years of experience working with high-risk infants, toddlers, and their families and is dedicated to supporting healthy development for all children and works to ensure that CDI delivers high-quality services.

Tessa is endorsed as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Practice Facilitator II by the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health. She is also an adjunct professor at California State University, Northridge. Tessa is a member of many organizations such as Zero to Three – National Center for Clinical Infant Programs, ICARE Advisory Group-LA County Mental Health, Help Me Grow Group-LA Leadership Counsel and the DIR Coalition of California.
