I enjoy assisting with CDI’s fundraising efforts. My signature event is the back to school event where we provide medical screening for children. I enjoy seeing the kids’ faces and the parents as they receive services that they don’t ordinarily have access to. We have an audiologist, vision testing, clinics for additional services, pediatrician and a psychiatrist nurse at the event. When I hear about children who have miraculous stories, I am moved to continue financially supporting CDI and ensuring this organization thrives.
