Clarissa Delin is the Senior Operations Manager and has worked in the non-profit sector for over 17 years. As an operations management professional, Clarissa has a proven record of optimizing organizational procedures to improve efficiency and ensure seamless facility operations while implementing initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall workplace functionality.
With an exceptional ability to collaborate, she works closely with key members of leadership to develop and implement operations that support organizational goals and ensure compliance. Clarissa’s range of expertise includes her effective oversight of daily operations and building maintenance to IT support, security and vendor management. In addition, she collaborates with the Development Department to oversee and organize special events and fundraisers.
Clarissa Delin is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development. As a mother of three, Clarissa wanted to be part of an organization that prioritized the well-being of young children and their families. Through her work in the non-profit sector, Clarissa has been able to support Child Development Institute in its mission to help children reach their full potential; a mission that aligns with her own experiences and values of being a parent.
